I am a hijabi myself, and I hold this practice dear to my heart. However, it certainly isn’t a way to be free from sexual harassment and perhaps we should take care in refraining from promoting it as such. One can be covered head to toe and be victims of sexual abuse and harassment; such abuse is an unfortunate reality for many victims around the world and therefore we must make sure to not spread misconceptions. ~Thanks again for sharing your journey with us. 🙂
